May 27, 2021 at 12 Noon: Conflict Resolution is a competency that all of us need, regardless of the roles we have a work.

Many people put their head in the sand at the first sign of conflict. However, conflict is a normal part of life and work, and every relationship has some kind of conflict. The question is whether that conflict is healthy or unhealthy. Healthy conflict leads to increased understanding and progress while unhealthy conflict leads to anything but.

Walk away from this session with actionable tips to:

· Recognize and appreciate the five conflict management styles.

· Know what to do and say the next time conflict rears its ugly head.

· Manage the internal aspects of conflict that keep you up at night.
